  1. Have a regular breakfast and spread your meals into "every 2,5 hours meals.
  2. Exercise 2x a day!! Even for a short time, make sure you do get the sweat out twice a day, 6 days a week.
  3. Look up our recipes for more tips what to eat.
  4. Use extra supplements to burn fat - green tea, Pu-Erh tea, L-carnitin and amino acids.
  5. Get an device on HOW to split your workouts so you can stick to twice-a-day regime.
  6. Increase water intake (by double - in most cases) !
  7. Keep Sunday (one day in a week) as a "DIET's DAY OFF" and allow yourself to eat what you starve for or like. ONE day!
  8. Prepare all your food in the evening for the day after. That way you'll be ready for your STARVING moments and so avoid slipping down the wrong way and buying whatever's available or even worse - not eating anything!
