About A Fitness Model

A Fitness Model is dedicated to making your health and wellbeing dreams come true. We want to empower you to make all of the necessary changes in your life to take control of your fitness.

In 1997, I became a National weightlifting Champion in the Czech Republic. I soon realised that the knowledge I had gained in my own training could answer many of the questions that my clients had, including how they could lose weight, tone up, build muscle, correct their posture or eat better.

I decided to create an integrated training routine that was based on what I saw as the four pillars of health - diet, fitness, strength and mental wellbeing. These routines are being used by some of the best body builders and weight lifters in the world.

I quickly began to see positive results of using my plan, which I called the Body transformation program, and since then I have had the privilege of working with many hundreds of very successful men and women in London who struggle to balance a busy career with staying fit and healthy.

The desire to balance a high flying career with the social pressures of looking great can lead to very stressful and emotional times for many individuals. The myth of the fat cat banker is long gone. Today, those who are successful, want to impress, not only in the boardroom, but also in the realms of fitness and bodybuilding.

I am constantly amazed at how improvements in a person’s physical health can impact positively on all other areas of their life. The great news is that A Fitness Model is here to help you.

The blog on this website will keep you up-to-date with all the latest developments in healthy living, bodybuilding, nutrition and fitness. No matter what your current level of fitness, we will show you that you have many different options to achieving the body of your dreams.

Your Body

Most of the individuals that I work with have realised that reaching their fitness goals is not easy when trying to do it on their own. They understand that getting advice and direction from someone who has dedicated their life to weightlifting and bodybuilding will help them reach their dreams much faster.
