Chicken “George Formanâ€
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken filets
- Couscous
- Green salad
- glaze vinegar
Marinade:
- English mustard
- Onion in powder
- chicken spices
- Curry in powder
- Pepper
(season the filets to your taste.)
Tools: Electric grill type “George Formanâ€
Directions:
- Marinade your filets
- Fry the filets on the grill for couple of minutes.
Sides:
Serve this dish with couscous and crispy green salad with some glaze vinegar.

Salad multicolour
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- fresh lettuce
- 1 little tin of corn
- cherry tomatoes
- 2 or 3 slices of Parma ham (Or turkey ham)
- 2 XL eggs
- Parmesan
- pepper
- Half juice of lemon
- Vinegar glaze
Directions:
- Boil 5 minutes the eggs
- Dress the salad to a plate, add corn, tomatoes, avocado in pieces.
- Drop the ham slices and sprinkle some parmesan shavings.
add lemon pepper and vinegar.
Options:
You can serve this dish with some rice cake.

Salmon with mustard
Ingredients:
- 280 g salmon
- 2 or 3 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- English mustard
- 1 lemon juice
- cherry tomatoes
- spices: ginger, dill and pepper (optional 1 tablespoon of honey)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven at 400°F / 200°C
- Place the salmon on a aluminum foil.
- Brush the salmon with the English mustard, add the ginger, dill and pepper.
- Press a lemon juice
- Place on the top and around the salmon, cherry tomatoes and the spring onions.
- Add some olive oil
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

You can serve this dish with couscous or green salad
